What a week. All i can say is thanks to my friends and crew for being there and helping.I hope i made them proud by racing as hard as i could.It took a little bit of luck to make it into the big dance as I started 24th in Fridays A main.They took the top 10 and i finished 11th.As I waited outside of the tech tent next to my car they called for me to bring it into the tent as the 44 was disqualified for an illegal intake.I made it into Saturdays A main and would start 30th.All i could go from there was forward and I raced smart and pulled out an 11th place finish.The trip was definitely worth it!! A memory I will never forget!!

Finally pulled one off at the hill after being so close the last few weeks.It was a tight door to door battle with Troy Muench that I pulled off on the high line. It had to be exciting to watch as I was as patient as ever in the car and just took what was given to me and didnt hit any white tires!

It was a special night for me as I finally won my first stock car feature race! And I did it on my mom’s 60th birthday which I will never forget! Happy Birthday Mom!!

It was a great week of racing. After changing transmissions on monday we headed for our first time to 141. Definitely a different track. Turns 3 and 4 were sharp. I ended up spinning myself in the heat and got a flat in the feature finishing 10th. Friday i won my heat and lead my first feature ever in the stock car. I held on to finish 3rd. Saturday i won my heat and started outside pole for the feature. I led at least a third of the race before the caution came out. After the restart I slid high and Charlie Kroll got underneath me and the train went by. I held on to finish 5th.

A successful season came to an end. I finished a solid 5th in IMCA Stock Car track points and earned the Rookie of the Year title. I accommplished two of my goals but that long awaited feature win will have to wait until next year! Thanks to all my friends and and family for helping make it another good year.

I want to congratulate my cousin Wes Salentine on his first ever feature win. It was well deserved after the heat win streak he was having. It was exciting to see my old championship hobby stock win again. Hope to see many more to come!

The car didn’t miss a beat since the last time i drove it. Worked my way to 6th on a tacky and bumpy track.

The car felt great and it was good enough for a fourth place finish. One caution may have helped because the car was hooked up but I was happy with fourth.

At luxemburg I finished 2nd in the heat losing out to the #57 and in the feature the car felt good and i finished a solid 7th. At Thunderhill I i finished 2nd by the nose of my car. In the feature the track was one lane and I stayed a solid 6th place with very minimal passing.
